Howard W. Melton has extensive legal experience relating to the organization and management of businesses, personal legal issues, estate planning and probate, real estate transactions, and related litigation. Dr. Melton's diverse background as a senior business executive, entrepreneur, author, and university professor combined with his training and experience in all phases of business management and development provide a background for assessing and resolving legal issues faced by businesses that is matched by few attorneys.

Beyond his legal experience, Dr. Melton has organized, built, and managed multiple multi-million dollar businesses including four national consulting organizations, the most recent three of which focused on contemporary information technology including Web and related technologies; a nationally recognized, award winning retail chain; and a number of other ventures.
